Job Overview

Iddings Electric is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential Service Electrician to join our Field Operations team. This position involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential properties across our 5-county service area. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of electrical experience and the ability to work independently while delivering outstanding service to homeowners. Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems.

Perform service calls and electrical upgrades in occupied homes.

Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding service needs and solutions.

Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Collaborate with team members while maintaining independence in the field.

Travel to job sites throughout the 5-county service area.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of Residential Service Electrician Experience.

High school diploma or GED required.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Excellent customer service mindset and professional demeanor.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to pass a background check and drug test (in compliance with applicable laws).

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, climb, work at heights, in tight spaces, and work in all elements

Use of Construction software for communication, tracking, sales, notes, and photos
