A company is looking for a Material Sourcing Analyst to support their supply management efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Support a portion of the $520M Metal spend and related supply base to achieve corporate goals
Collaborate with business units to execute strategic sourcing plans for annual cost savings of 3-6%
Manage commodities such as Low Carbon Flat Steel and Engineered Steel while negotiating contracts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
At least 2 years of experience in procurement of metals
Strong technical and commercial experience in related products
Demonstrated sourcing and negotiation skills
Effective leadership and facilitation abilities
