Are you a friendly, motivated hygienist who loves helping patients feel confident about their smiles?Davis & Miller General Dentistry is expanding our hygiene team and looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused practice in Columbia.

What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and maintenance therapy.

Educate patients on oral health, home care techniques, and long-term prevention.

Review medical histories, take vital signs, and ensure accurate charting and documentation.

Maintain strict infection-control and sterilization protocols.

Support a positive, teamwork-oriented office culture — we care for each other as much as we care for our patients!

What We’re Looking For

Missouri State Board Registered Dental Hygienist (required)

Excellent communication skills and patient-first mindset

Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right new graduate

Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 6 : 30 AM – 3 : 30 PM (Office hours : 7 AM – 3 PM — enjoy long weekends every week!)
