To qualify for the bonus, you AND your referral must not exceed (1) attendance-related occurrence per person in that month.

A goal amount is set for the month that all current and active PAK members can qualify for. More details are provided upon onboarding.

Position : Assembly Packer Stacker

2nd Shift - 4 : 30 pm - 6 : 00 am Monday through Thursday- 3 DAY WEEKEND OFF!

Position : Full-time, Hourly- Direct hire!

Pay - $15.00 / hour + Monthly Performance Bonus

Reports To - Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Collect and sort products while standing by the conveyor line from machines running at different speeds.
  • Operate a machine press.
  • Count products to the correct row amounts, according to the pallet specification sheet for the orders.
  • Perform visual quality inspections of product and remove non-quality parts to meet quality inspection standards to ensure that only high-quality product is palletized.
  • Construct uniform pallets with the correct pallet counts and pallet tags for each unique part number.
  • Perform secondary duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
  • VOLUNTARY overtime is regularly offered.

    • Role Requirements :

  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to meet individual / position-specific hourly production goals.
  • Work collaboratively with PAK members by rotating stations and meeting production goals of several line positions within a shift.
  • Meet the company's quality inspection standards.
  • Able to stand and lift under 40 pounds or less
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled work environment
