Your Role :
Conduct thorough assessments of patients during admission and each shift, promptly addressing any changes in condition.Administer prescribed treatments and medications while documenting care accurately in medical records.Provide compassionate and responsive care, anticipating patient needs and addressing requests effectively.Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and aftercare, ensuring clear understanding.Qualifications :
Active RN license in Texas or a Compact state.BCLS and ACLS certifications are required.Educational background : Associate's Degree or BSN.Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in critical care.Familiarity with dysrhythmia recognition and proficiency in EKG monitoring.Skills and Abilities :
