Our client, is seeking a Material Handlers Lawncare Industry 1st Shift to join their team. As a Material Handlers Lawncare Industry 1st Shift, you will be part of the operations department supporting production and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Material Handlers Lawncare Industry 1st Shift

Location : Germantown, WI

Pay Range : $18.21

Shift : First Shift 7am-3 : 30pm Mon-Friday OT Required!

What's the Job?

  • Assist with scraping, sweeping, and shoveling to maintain a clean work environment
  • Stack bags and support small line operations as directed by the foreman
  • Maintain the flow through shakers by breaking up material to prevent bridging
  • Ensure screens are scraped and cleaned to facilitate product flow
  • Perform housekeeping duties to prevent material accumulation and promote safety

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Entry-level experience preferred
  • Ability to follow safety practices diligently
  • Ability to work in dusty, hot, cold, or rainy environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed
