Location : Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 12900 Park Plaza Dr Cerritos CA 90703.

This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

The Engineer Lead is responsible for full delivery of end to end system development and maintenance on medium Enterprise wide technology platforms.

How You Will Make an Impact :

• Maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the business.
• Lead efforts with Web and marketing team to increase the presence of web products.
• Design and implement Automation Testing frameworks and methodology to support Agile product development.
• Define and implement test automation strategy including road map tools framework and approach across project teams.
• Create and maintain fully automated CI / CD pipelines for continuous testing using Bamboo Bit bucket and Maven.
• Ensure unit test is performed and meets the test plan requirements system testing is completed and system is implemented according to plan.
• Develop and enhance test automation frameworks for UI API and Mobile Testing.
• May implement improvements in stability performance and scalability across major business-critical systems.
• May implement process to reduce barriers and roadblocks in projects services and processes in order to operate more efficiently.
• Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams as necessary.
• Develop and own list of final enhancements.
• Develop and define application scope and objectives and supervise the preparation of technical and / or functional specifications from with programs will be written.
• Perform technical design reviews and code reviews.
• Deliver application technology solutions and data information planning effort.
• Coordinate and manage on-call support and own the system monitoring process.
• Own the technical development environment and work on the Enterprise team.
• Lead multiple or large projects and facilitates large group JAD sessions for requirements modeling in several disciplines.
• Lead vendor evaluation and analysis.
