The Director Neurodiagnostic Services is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the neurodiagnostic department. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective neurodiagnostic services. The Director oversees staff management, quality assurance, protocol development, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care excellence.

Employment Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, neurodiagnostic technology, or a related field.
Preferred Education: Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or clinical leadership.
Licensure/Certification: Required: Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.), CNIM, or equivalent. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Preferred: Additional certifications in neurodiagnostic subspecialties or healthcare leadership. Additional certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring CNIM.
Minimum Qualifications
Years and Type of Required Experience: Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in neurodiagnostics, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of neurodiagnostic procedures and equipment. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Experience in level 4 NAEC epilepsy center.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Experience with strategic planning and budgeting. Experience working in multi-D team, particularly in OR and EMU settings. Experience working at an academic medical center.
Working Conditions
Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads may occur. General office environment. Required to car travel to off-site locations, occasionally in adverse weather conditions.
May have periods of constant interruptions. Prolonged periods of working alone.
