TheraEX Staffing Services is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Chanute, Kansas.

Job Description & Requirements

Minimum Guaranteed Hours : 40

Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state / federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders / referrals
  • Develop and update individualized treatment / discharge plans
  • Document services accurately and timely
  • Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
  • Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

    • Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT / OTD)
  • Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
