A company is looking for a Commercial Health Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate information on health plan benefits, eligibility, and claims through inbound and outbound calls and email inquiries
Manage escalations and coordinate problem-solving with internal departments and external partners
Document calls accurately and recognize trends to suggest improvements to leadership
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience supporting a commercial health plan
Knowledge of medical and insurance industry terminology, including CPT / ICD-10 and HCPCS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce
Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with established attendance and schedule adherence
Must reside in the CST or EST time zones in the United States
