A company is looking for a Director of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

Provide financial leadership and consultation to drive profitable business plans and enhance financial performance

Develop KPIs, pricing analytics, and labor productivity metrics to support operational improvements

Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and the development of long-range and annual operating plans

Required Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or a related field

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred

Experience in home improvement, services, or retail industries preferred

Experience with multi-site operations and financial reporting

Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
