Quantum Education Professionals is looking for a school-based BCBA to provide 8 - 10 hours per month for RBT supervision. The position is for the 2025-2026 school year for in-person learning.

BCBA Position Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of RBTs
• Design function based interventions
• Lead data collection to analyze therapy effectiveness
• BCBA Position Qualifications
• At least one year of experience practicing as a BCBA preferred but not required, preferably working with children with ASD
• At least one year of experience working in a leadership role preferred but not required, preferably overseeing RBTs
