We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our growing agency. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to clients, support day-to-day operations, and contribute to strengthening long-term client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients and assist them in understanding insurance options
  • Provide accurate information on products and policies tailored to client needs
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and client database management
  • Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver five-star service
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and maintain a positive work culture

    • Requirements

  • Property and Casualty Insurance license, or willingness to obtain within 60 days
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Genuine interest in helping clients and providing outstanding service
