A company is looking for a Director / Sr Director Strategic Solutions Lead (Biotech).
Key Responsibilities
Develops and executes winning proposal strategies and key selling messages for drug development
Engages with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational strategies and budgets with customer needs
Directs a high-impact team in delivering high-quality proposal deliverables while managing profitability targets
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic / vocational qualification
15+ years of relevant experience in the field
Advanced project leadership skills in a matrixed environment
In-depth expertise in commercial and budgeting strategy, and the proposal development process
Expertise in customer relationship management and operational / financial practices
