About the Role :

Come join Comfort Care Homecare Inc. in Tampa, FL, as a Home Health Registered Nurse. We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to provide excellent patient care. We are offering full-time, part-time, and per diem positions.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

Requirements :

• Current RN license in the state of Florida
• At least one year of experience as an RN
• Computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical records
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
