What You’ll Do

Investment Decision-Making

Evaluate founders, markets, and execution plans.

Help shape conviction and sizing.

Founder Partnership

Work directly with founders at formation or early scale.

Provide strategic input across GTM, hiring, fundraising, or product.

Act as a long-term partner, not transactional capital.

Platform Development

Help refine Initio’s investment theses.

Contribute to ecosystem growth and quality.

Mentor scouts, founders, or studio teams where relevant.

Ideal Profile

Former founder, senior operator, or experienced investor.

Strong pattern recognition and judgment.

Values ownership, leverage, and long-term equity creation.
