Ascension is hiring a Chief Strategy Officer to lead system-wide planning for our ambulatory, post-acute, and at-home portfolio. We're seeking a forward-thinking leader with expertise in healthcare delivery, financial oversight, and growth strategy to shape the future of care across settings from surgery centers and urgent care to home health and senior living.

Responsible for leading system-wide strategic planning for the ambulatory, post acute and at-home portfolio, inclusive of ambulatory surgery, outpatient imaging, rehabilitation services, pharmacy, urgent care, assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, home health, hospice, palliative care and infusion. Key responsibilities include :

• Define and oversee financial targets in support of the business goals.
• Prepare annual operating budget for assigned service areas.
• Evaluate organizational functions and structure to best determine the allocation and utilization of services.

Education :

MBA or MHA preferred
