Childcare Cook- Atlanta GA

Join our Bright Horizons family as a Childcare Cook , at the L ittle Apron Academy near Smyrna, GA where your cooking talents and kitchen management skills will make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, families, and staff! Working hours are from 730am-330pm.

Direct and oversee the operations of the kitchen including menu development, meal preparation, and inventory ordering. You'll do rewarding work then receive big smiles and enthusiastic goodbye waves from little ones at the end of each day.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and prepare nutritionally balanced meals for children and staff
• Keep an accurate inventory of supplies and place orders as needed
• Manage all aspects of prepping and preparing meals, as well as cleaning and complying with sanitation requirements

Physical Requirements :

This position requires the employee to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, Bright Horizons', and client site requirements concerning immunizations, employment physical / screening, and health and safety training. If hired, you will work in person in an early education / preschool child care center.

Compensation :

The hourly rate for this position is between $20.50 - $ 22.50 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
