Responsibilities

What You’ll Do :

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a critical role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing a warm, professional first impression over the phone and in person.
• Scheduling new patient evaluations, managing reminders, and handling reschedules or cancellations.
• Verifying insurance eligibility and communicating plan fees and payment options.
• Maintaining patient records with accuracy, including intake information and insurance details in our EMR system.
• Collaborating daily with our sister clinics to ensure consistent, top-tier service.
• Managing front office duties like answering calls, handling mail, and other essential administrative tasks.
• Traveling to our sister clinic when coverage is needed.
