Technical Proficiency : Experience with CAD software and proficiency in MS Office. Field Experience : 3 years of proven experience in the engineering field. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Leadership : Exceptional leadership skills. Communication : Superb written and verbal communication skills.

As a Production Engineer , you will play a vital role in supervising and improving production at our plants and factories. You'll collaborate with engineering teams, develop safety protocols, report issues to the Manager, and craft strategies to boost efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervision & Quality Control : Oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Engineering Collaboration : Work with other engineers to develop plans that enhance production, reduce costs, and optimize labor.
- Problem Diagnosis : Identify issues in the production line and provide solutions and training.
- Meeting Coordination : Schedule meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders to discuss improvements.
- Production Analysis : Analyze all aspects of production and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Resource Management : Obtain necessary materials and equipment.
- Safety Procedures : Establish and enforce safety protocols that prioritize workers' well-being and minimize environmental impact.
- Knowledge Sharing : Stay updated on advancements in engineering and production, and share insights with colleagues.
- Safety Monitoring : Identify, document, and report any unsafe practices.
- Scheduling & Budgeting : Develop production schedules and budgets for projects.
