This role gives you the opportunity to use your accounting expertise while gaining hands-on experience in account reconciliations, journal entry transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for multiple senior living communities. You'll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, accuracy, and continuous learning, helping ensure smooth financial operations and meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities :

• Preparing bank reconciliations for each of the communities throughout the month
• Preparing monthly recurring entries such as depreciation, prepaids, management fees and payroll entries
• Preparing intercompany due to due from for each of the communities
• Assisting with cash projection reports for each of the communities
• Preparing revenue and accounts receivable entry from subsidiary ledger
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations for various accounts
• Reviewing accounts payable invoices
• Preparing and providing documentation for external parties as needed
• Assist with budget preparation as needed
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications :
