Position Summary

This role is responsible for preparing parts and equipment for painting and performing post-paint detail and touch-up. The technician ensures high-quality surface finishes and supports the paint and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, mask, sand, and prime components before painting.
• Assist paint operators with setup and handling.
• Perform post-paint touch-up and detail correction.
• Inspect finished surfaces and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industrial painting or surface prep experience.
• Familiarity with industrial coatings and safety practices.
