Senior Director, Finance Process Owner

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Finance Process Owner.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain global end-to-end process ownership across finance touchpoints

Lead the identification and elimination of process variation and create a culture of continuous improvement

Build and lead a team of Business Analysts and Value Stream Process Owners to foster teamwork and alignment

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Finance, Transformation, or Shared Services with expertise in process ownership

Experience leading large-scale global process improvement and automation initiatives

Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in Finance or Business preferred

Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Workday Financials

Proven leadership in building high-performing teams and driving innovation
