WCS is seeking a Mammo Tech for a local contract at hospital in Hackensack, NJ.

Job Function :

Day Shift

8 : 30AM-5PM.

Perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations following established protocols and safety standards.

Position patients and operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for radiologist interpretation.

Maintain and calibrate mammography equipment to ensure optimal performance and image accuracy.

Educate and prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns.

Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory and quality assurance requirements.

Job Requirements :

Maintains current certification / licensure as required for position.

Maintains adequate contrast media and biopsy / drainage supplies in each scanning room.

1.5 year of Mammography Tech experience.

BLS from the American Heart Association required.

Adheres to venipuncture and power injector protocols.
