Urgent Care Physician - PRN

SSM Health is actively seeking a PRN Urgent Care Physician to join our dedicated team.

Primary Responsibilities :

Provide thorough examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients.

Collaborate with both physician and non-physician staff as needed.

Accurately document all clinical services delivered to patients.

Offer additional professional medical services as requested.

Maintain a constant state of alertness and ensure patient safety in all actions.
