Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist attorneys in handling all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
  • Maintain and update case files, calendars, and deadlines
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and scheduling appointments

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant in a personal injury setting
  • Strong understanding of case management and litigation procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Professional, dependable, and client-focused

    • Pay & Benefits :

  • $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
