Requirements:
B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years in power electronics product management
Strong technical grasp of AC/DC, DC/DC converters and motor drives
Experience with thermal management technologies
Skilled in market research and business case development
Ability to set product strategy, pricing, and roadmaps
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Familiarity with industrial sectors (HVACR, Food & Beverage, Energy)
