Grounds Maintenance

DIRECT HIRE :

• An awesome opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team.  Hourly Range : $20hr - $26hr (+OT) Benefits : Listed below Schedule : M-F, 7am - 4 : 30pm (weekends when necessary) Qualifications : Basic experience with working with lawn care equipment, tools and accessories Must have a clean driving record and can pass a drug test Must be able to drive a truck and trailer (will be required to prove competency prior to employment) Must have the ability to pick up items over 50 pounds Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to meet a set number of job sites each week Must be willing to work outside during the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter seasons Basic mechanical stills are required Must be local to the  You must be 21 years and older to apply Benefits offers (after 90 days) : Heath, Dental and Vision Insurance that is paid 100% by the company 401K with company match 6 Paid Holidays Paid Vacation and sick time after the first year of employment The company pays for all hotels, including a set per diem, while out of town working The scope of work is, but not limited to : Cutting grass, spraying weeds Debris removal, branch and tree limb removal A company truck and equipment will be provided The ability to travel is a must for this position, as well as weekend hours when necessary.
