Customer Service Representative (CSR)
✨ What You’ll Do :
Assist walk-in customers with MVD transactions like title transfers, registrations, permits, and more
Process payments and paperwork accurately and efficiently
Provide phone and in-person support for insurance and MVD needs
Keep the front office organized and welcoming
Cross-train into other roles as you grow with us
🔍 What We’re Looking For :
Third-party MVD experience is required
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is required
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Friendly, professional, and detail-focused
