Compensation : $250,000 – $373,000 (DOE + Bonus)

You’re a Fit If You Have :

3+ years of corporate transactional experience (AmLaw or boutique firm preferred)

Strong exposure to private equity , M&A , and / or capital markets

Proven ability to lead due diligence , draft and negotiate deal documents, and manage closings

A JD from a top-tier law school and strong academic credentials

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a hunger for responsibility and growth
