Paul Davis Restoration is a franchise organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to residential and commercial properties due to water fire mold storm or other disasters. We are a fast-paced company dedicated to providing timely high-quality services to property owners in need. Were looking for a reliable detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations with opportunities to grow and advance as your skills and responsibilities expand.

Position Overview

The Part-Time Office Assistant will play an important role in keeping our office organized efficient and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is resourceful comfortable learning new software quickly and experienced with bookkeeping and collections. Our office is open Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm. The ideal candidate will be available 2-3 of those days / hours up to 6 hours each day.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily administrative and office tasks

Assist with incoming calls emails and job documentation

Support bookkeeping functions including data entry into QuickBooks

Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) collections follow-ups and payment tracking

Organize files forms and project documentation

Learn and utilize industry-specific software and platforms

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proficiency with QuickBooks required

Experience with AR collections strongly preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to learn new software and processes quickly

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Dependable professional and able to work independently

Schedule

In person office based Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)

Compensation : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
