Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA)

What We're Looking For

Altra Homecare Group seeks compassionate, dedicated CNAs and HHAs to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in delivering essential in-home care that improves patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living activities : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, feeding, medication reminders
  • Ensure patient safety and well-being : follow care plans
  • Promote independence : assist with light housekeeping, errands, and social interaction
  • Maintain accurate documentation : adhere to HIPPA guidelines
  • Meet all training and certification requirements.

Requirements

  • 18+ years old with valid driver's license & auto insurance
  • Strong work ethic, compassion, and reliability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and document care meticulously
  • Prefer minimum 1 year of relevant experience
