Key Responsibilities

Utilize Inside Sales techniques to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer experience

Manage customer accounts, provide product education, and support sales initiatives in designated regions

Collaborate with management and sales teams to drive sales goals and address customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

2 years of customer service and / or sales experience preferred

Ability to work independently and maintain strong organizational skills

Proven track record of strong sales performance or exceptional customer service
