Job Description

Oversee all field operations for the $50M garden-style multifamily project from groundbreaking through closeout. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and daily site activities to ensure schedule and budget adherence. Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and ensure all work meets company and client standards. Implement and enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to drive progress and resolve field issues promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and schedule updates.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up multifamily or large residential construction. Proven track record managing projects $30M+ in size, preferably garden-style or podium multifamily. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractor teams. Deep understanding of construction scheduling, safety compliance, and quality control. Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
