Centria is looking for a Licensed Psychologist to join our team!
Position Summary
Centria's Licensed Clinical Psychologist should have a specialization in early identification, screening, diagnosis, and
treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders from birth through 21 years.
The Licensed Psychologists will possess an advanced degree (PhD, PsyD, MA or MS) in clinical psychology, school
psychology, or a related field, will have passed the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP) and will
possess a license to practice in their respective state. This role should have clinical training / background in early
intervention programs, the administration of multiple standardized assessments, including the Autism Diagnostic
Observation Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2).
Compensation : earn a base salary of $125,000-$145,000.
Success Measures
Success measures include adherence to Centria policies and quality standards, performing 5-6 assessments per week, compliance with company and payor requirements, and meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and / or quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics.

QualificationsEducation
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree from an accredited university, with a clinical, counseling, or school psychology specialty area of training.
Licenses / Certificates
Fully licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Licensed Psychologist or under provisions specified by their Board of Psychologist Examiners.

Working Conditions
An LP will be given flexibility to coordinate a schedule to which they can consistently commit, where they are in-office 2 or 3 (out of 5) days per week.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a
screen.
