Your Role As a Residential Leasing Agent, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring it remains well-maintained, fully occupied, and compliant with all regulations—all while providing exceptional resident service. What You’ll Do Lead Daily Operations : Keep the property clean, safe, and compliant. Manage Leasing : Market and lease available units, conduct tours, screen applicants, and oversee move-ins and move-outs. Build Resident Relationships : Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate Maintenance : Submit and track maintenance requests to ensure quality and timeliness. Stay Organized : Maintain accurate digital records, leases, and compliance documentation. Market Effectively : Keep listings updated and respond quickly to new leads via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Handle Rent Collection : Process payments, manage delinquencies, and support rental assistance requests. Inspect Regularly : Conduct property walks to maintain high standards of appearance and safety. Ensure Compliance : Follow all local, state, and federal housing regulations.
