What You'll Do :

We're looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Manager (Recruiter) who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is passionate about finding and closing top-tier talent. In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for all roles, acting as a true partner to hiring managers and a champion of candidate experience. If you love building from the ground up, iterating quickly, and making an impact at a company where talent is our greatest asset, we'd love to connect.

Sourcing & Pipeline Building

• Proactively source and engage passive technical candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
• Build and maintain pipelines of top engineering talent to support both current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage creative and data-informed sourcing strategies to proactively uncover and engage a diverse pool of top-tier talent.
• Process Optimization : Embrace a mindset of continuous iteration, regularly evaluating and refining recruitment processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience. Champion best practices while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and elevate hiring outcomes across the organization.
