We are seeking a Commercial Operations Loan Closer to support Business Banking operations by ensuring complex commercial and C&I loans are accurately closed, documented, and booked in compliance with credit policies and federal regulations. This role is responsible for managing a pipeline of 25–30 transactions, conducting due diligence, clearing pre- and post-closing conditions, reconciling loan accounting records, and mitigating operational risk. The Loan Closer will collaborate closely with sales partners, legal counsel, and clients while serving as a compliance gatekeeper to ensure all regulatory and documentation requirements are met.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in commercial/business lending operations

• Strong knowledge of loan documentation, credit agreements, guarantees, and collateral

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)

• Experience with AFS and LaserPro preferred
