About the Opportunity:
Our client, a well-established and growing Insurance agency located in Tinley Park, IL, is seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join their energetic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed Insurance professional who is passionate about sales and client service, and who brings a solid track record of success in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow your own book of business while identifying new client opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consultative insurance solutions
· Collaborate with the internal service team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
· Conduct coverage reviews, policy renewals, and risk assessments
· Stay current with insurance market trends and regulatory changes in Illinois
What We're Looking For:
· Minimum of 3 years of Insurance Sales or Broker experience
· Active Illinois Insurance License required
· Demonstrated success in maintaining and growing a book of business
· Stable job history (limited job hopping preferred)
· Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week (with potential for full-time in-office)
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Positive attitude with a Hunters mindset
