[job_card.job_description]Work 3x12 hour shifts with day / night rotating schedule : 7 : 00 PM-7 : 30 AM / 7 : 00 AM-7 : 30 PM Shifts may be variable if needed to meet operational needs of the hospital Must work at least every other holiday 18 months of permanent experience in specialty required prior to travel assignments 18 months of recent Med / Surg Tele experience required (travel experience acceptable) Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required in hand Required certifications : AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation with acceptable scores required Maximum of 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled Use Qualivis Lotus system for submitting hours worked Complete pre-start modules (billable up to 4 hours maximum) Pick up badge and complete onsite fingerprints prior to start date One reference from manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in specialty required for submission Referral bonus
