A company is looking for a Functional Business Analyst to support Operational and Financial Reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for reporting
Ensure data integrity and compliance by working with data and security teams
Provide training and documentation for end-users on reporting tools and processes
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in data analysis and business process documentation
Hands-on experience with Operational and Finance Reporting tools
Familiarity with Agency Management Systems (AMS) is a plus
Insurance industry experience is highly desirable
Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable
