(link : \t Enjoy flexibility in shifts and across departments, with access to self-scheduling and opportunities to float in ED, ICU, Med / Surg, Telemetry and beyond.\n Assesses patient and / or conducts screenings and documents utilizing standard scales when indicated as required per organization.\n\t Prioritizes and documents patient problems based on assessed needs / problems in collaboration with patient, family, and health care team.\n\t Documents changes in patient condition and effectiveness and timeliness of care / intervention.\n\t Utilizes organization-wide safe medication practices including but not limited to the 5 rights of medication administration, barcode scanning and other medication safety processes specific to the unit / department.\n\t Knows actions and usual dosage, indications and side effects of medications administered.\n Commits to the service of others by attending a class or program for service development.\n \n\tMaintains a neat appearance, is polite to internal and external patients and customers, is reliable and has good in person and phone etiquette.\n\t\n\t \n\tParticipates in an organization-wide event / programs and supports the organization in a positive manner.\n\t\n\t \n\tWillingness to express a positive and professional approach to job responsibilities.\n\t\n\t \n\tContributes to an overall positive culture (exemplifies team work by working well with others within and across departments, manages up peers to customers served, serves as preceptor, job shadows / cross trains, etc.).\n\t\n \n\tWork product / output is consistently accurate, timely and relevant to department-specific policies, procedures and standards.
