We’re looking for candidates to join a leading manufacturer of high-performance building enclosure products. Motivated Finish Operators are needed to become part of our growing team in Salisbury, NC!

Monday to Friday schedule (1st shift : 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM ).

$18 / hour starting pay .

Overtime available as needed.

Your Role :

As a Finish Operator, you'll be responsible for trimming, prepping, coating, and packing quality products safely and efficiently. You'll collaborate with your team to meet production goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Safely move materials and apply coatings.

Stack, wrap, and label finished products.

Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Adapt and contribute to team production goals.

What We’re Looking For :

High School Diploma or GED.

Some manufacturing experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
