Strategize Permitting : Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines for both expansive developments and compact commercial projects. Engage & Grow : Actively participate in marketing initiatives to enhance our company's presence, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients and government entities. Drive Success : Contribute to company growth by delivering exceptional projects and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Educational Background : Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC / ABET Accredited University. Professional Certification : PE Licensure is required. Local Experience : Relevant work experience in Maryland is preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is preferred. Work Environment : Ability to work in our Mitchellville office on a hybrid schedule.
