Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a front-end, data entry role. This position involves timely entry of prescriptions and working closely within a specialty pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter prescription information into the pharmacy system in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are processed and filled efficiently.
• Utilize strong computer skills to manage data entry tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Assist with insurance processes and address any issues related to prescription coverage.

Work Environment

This position is within a closed-door pharmacy. The role requires working at a desk with a computer for 8-hour shifts. We offer a 100% hybrid work schedule, Monday through Friday. Internal benefits include holiday / PTO and promotional opportunities from within.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr.
