A company is looking for a Business Development Director to join their team full-time in Sweden / Denmark (remotely).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement new client acquisition strategies to maintain revenue growth in the Scandinavian region
Build relationships with key buyers and decision makers, identifying opportunities that align with the company's solutions
Lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process, from prospect to signature
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in selling complex software development services
Proven track record of success in selling high-value complex deals across various market verticals
Significant experience in bid campaign management and opportunity qualification
Consultative sales expertise
Experience interacting with C-Level Executives and conveying value propositions effectively
