Employee Relations Supervisor Compensation
Salary : $96,000 per year
Benefits :
Available to full-time employees

Employee Relations Supervisor Highlights
Lead and manage a team of Employee Relations (ER) Partners, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback
Drive and execute the employee relations strategy, ensuring consistent application of best practices
Serve as an ER expert for complex and high-priority employee relations issues
Maintain compliance with legal standards and HR policies across ER operations
Remote work with 30%–50% travel requirements
Employee Relations Supervisor Responsibilities
Supervise and develop the ER team, including performance management and coaching
Oversee daily ER operations, case assignment, escalation protocols, and documentation standards
Conduct investigations and maintain active ER case management
Monitor ER data integrity and reporting through Workday and EthicsPoint / Navex
Manage employee hotline issues, ensuring timely and compliant resolution
Lead involuntary termination review processes in consultation with legal counsel
Design and deliver ER training for HR and leadership
Partner with HR and leadership on performance improvement plans (PIPs)
Ensure compliance with employment law and mitigate organizational risk
Employee Relations Supervisor Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of Human Resources experience, including 3–5 years in Employee Relations
Supervisory experience strongly preferred
Healthcare industry experience preferred
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
Deep knowledge of employment law, ER investigations, and risk mitigation
Strong leadership, consulting, and coaching skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to influence in a matrixed healthcare environment
Working Conditions
Remote with travel to office / clinical locations (30%–50%)
