A company is looking for a Telesales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services
Enter and update customer information in the database and keep records of calls and sales
Meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales through high-volume outreach
Required Qualifications
2 - 5+ years of experience in telesales or a related sales / customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs, including CRM software
Ability to learn about and explain products and services to prospects
Must be able to work part-time, ideally on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
