A company is looking for a Contract Healthcare Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities :

Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for all assigned positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance

Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and ensure job descriptions attract the right candidates

Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of direct sourcing / recruiting experience for both exempt and non-exempt positions

Proven expertise in full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Experience in healthcare staffing is required, specifically recruiting CNAs
