Senior Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer (Pipelines).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the engineering team to shape upcoming features or fixes

Investigate and resolve issues in production systems from symptom to root cause

Contribute to architectural discussions and help steer the technical direction of the product

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in engineering

Deep experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex Ruby on Rails applications in production

Comfortable working with performance at scale and using observability tools

Understanding of good development practices, including writing clear commits and reliable tests

Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to various roles as needed
